Feedback Form (closing date 11pm, 20th June 2019)
I’m a bit unclear about the feedback deadlines as there are a few contradictions.
The form online says replies must be received by 20th May at 11am whereas all other material on the site says 11pm. The form also appears to need to be printed off and posted, which effectively means the deadline is brought forward to be in line with posting dates. Also, is Freepost first or second class postage? If second class then the effective deadline must be about 17th June, which is quite misleading.
However, in the body of the report it asks for feedback to be sent to the parish clerk or a dedicated email address.
Could you clear this up because there are prominent notices around the village suggesting feedback can be sent in until 20th June and I’m not convinced this is the case from looking at the site.

Apologies I have only just seen this, 11pm today is the deadline but we will include any that are posted today too, what is important is to have the feedback, analysis will take some time so if you have not submitted your feedback, awaiting a response from me, then please do and be assured it will included.
