NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN CONSULTATION EVENT Sunday June 24th 2018 11.00 – 17.00 The Kimble Stewart Hall Station Road Little Kimble Bucks HP17 0XN

Great and Little Kimble cum Marsh Parish Council is co-ordinating a public consultation process on its Neighbourhood Plan proposals, under Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations.
An event is being organised which will update everybody on the background to date and the future process. The event will also invite residents to give feedback on where future residential development should take place locally.

The consultation materials will be available to view on the website
www.kimbleplan.org from 10am on Monday June 25th 2018.

The deadline for the receipt of consultation feedback will be
9am on Monday 6th August 2018.

Call For Sites

 Neighbourhood Plan, Great and Little Kimble cum Marsh

As part of the process of preparing a Parish Neighbourhood Plan, the Great and Little Kimble cum Marsh Parish Council is keen to identify suitable and deliverable sites for new housing,

Would developers, landowners, agents, individuals and other interested parties please submit details of sites they wish to be considered for future housing in the Parish of Great & Little Kimble cum Marsh.

To be considered within the assessment, the sites submitted for potential housing development have to be capable of delivering 5 or more dwellings.

The sites submitted will subsequently be assessed for their development potential in accordance with planning policies as part of a new Neighbourhood Plan and will include those already identified by Wycombe District Council in the Kimble Landscape Sensitivity Study September 2017.

To be considered the following information in the order set out below is required:
1) Name, address and contact details of the proposer
2) Relationship to the site – owner, agent or promoter etc.
3) Details of ownership of the site
4) A scale site plan clearly identifying the boundaries
5) Other background information if available
6) Details of any barriers to delivery

All proposals to be submitted in writing to

As of today there is much more information available on this website.  You’ll find all sorts of information about how the plan is progressing and information about Wycombe District Council’s Local Plan, which you can download here. WDC are holding  a public meeting about the plan on the 2nd November 2017 at 7.30 pm at the Princes Risborough Community Centre. Spaces are limited, apparently,  but you can book a place here.

The Council will be also be holding two drop-in sessions in the northern and southern areas of the District to assist members of the public with how to make representations.  The northern area session will be held on – 16th November 2017 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Cherry Baker Room, Princes Community Centre,  Princes Risborough. Booking is not necessary for this later session.
